We’re thrilled to announce that Mike Evans has joined MotivHealth as our new Regional Vice President of Sales.

Mike joins us from Texas with more than 20 years of experience in health insurance sales, account management, and leadership.

Throughout his career, he’s built and led high-performing teams, developed strong relationships, and helped people succeed while driving meaningful business growth.

He started his career with Aetna as an Account Executive in 2004 before moving into a Sales Manager role, where he led new business development and sales across the North Texas market. After 15 years with Aetna, he joined Cigna as Vice President of Sales, leading existing business sales across North Texas and Oklahoma.

Most recently, Mike served as Director of National Accounts Management for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, where he focused on developing the sales and account management teams, while also strengthening client relationships.

What stands out about Mike is not just the depth of experience he brings, but his people-first approach to leadership.

Mike believes strong results start with strong teams, and we’re excited for the impact he’ll have on our sales team, our partners, and the next phase of MotivHealth’s growth.
