Beau Larson joined MotivHealth as our new Chief Financial Officer.
We are excited to have him as a key part of our leadership team. He brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations in the health insurance industry, along with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
Before joining Motiv, he served as Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, a subsidiary of The Cigna Group, where he led financial strategy and operations for a third-party administrator serving more than 500,000 members.
Prior to that, Beau held several senior leadership roles at Cigna Healthcare, including Director of Business Operations & Chief of Staff for Cigna Specialty Solutions, where he helped support a business unit generating more than $500M in earnings.
Beau’s deep industry expertise, strategic mindset, and passion for building strong teams will play an important role as MotivHealth continues to grow and innovate in delivering better healthcare solutions.
