In the Employer Portal, you’re able to view savings and potential savings opportunities, determine employee program utilization and profile creation, manage your company profile, have access to important forms and documents, make HSA contributions, and view contribution history, as well as view claims and your incentive earnings.

How do I make an HSA contribution?
Navigate to the HSA Overview page by clicking the HSA dropdown in the navigation bar or the HSA tab on your main dashboard. If you use the dropdown menu, you can click the “file contribution” option or, if you use the HSA tab, you’ll click “Make HSA Contribution.” You’ll then follow the steps to upload a contribution file.

How do I access important documents, such as tax forms?
To access and download forms and documents, such as tax forms, you’ll click the Company dropdown menu in the navigation bar of your employer portal and select the “Forms & Documents” option. From there you can view and download whichever file you desire.
Can I see if my employees are utilizing MotivHealth's cost-saving programs?
On your main dashboard, or home page, you’ll be able to see savings opportunities and overall incentives earned, but by navigating to the “Incentives” tab, you can get an in-depth look at incentives earned and additional opportunities for savings.
