MotivU is an online learning experience that will help you gain a better understanding of your MotivHealth plan and benefits, how to find the best care at the best price, grow and maximize your health savings, utilize your member programs and more. 

What You’ll Learn

We’re passionate about empowering you to lower healthcare costs and build health savings for the future. So much so that we’re giving you, and your eligible spouse, $50 each upon completion of the MotivU courses.

In this course, we’ll start with who we are and why we’re so passionate about changing healthcare.

Learn how your healthcare plan works and how to most efficiently and effectively maximize your health plan.

COURSE 4: MEMBER PROGRAMS

Learn about the programs and incentives MotivHealth offers to enable successful healthcare experiences.

COURSE 5: MOTIVU RECAP

Take a final quiz reviewing what you’ve learned throughout the MotivU courses.

Give us feedback and receive MotivU grad status, including your MotivU graduation certificate.

The MotivU platform can be easily accessed within your member portal. Resume your courses at any time or continue to refer to them even after you graduate!

Steps Program Basics


Why Participate: So, you and your covered spouse can earn $1 for each day you walk 8,000 or more steps up to 20 days a month. All incentives earned this way are deposited into your HSA.

How to Participate: Create your MotivHealth member account. Sync an eligible device (Garmin, Fitbit, or Apple) and walk your way to $1 a day.

Who’s Eligible: You, the policy holder and a covered spouse.

Rx Program Basics


Why Participate: Spending $200 or more on prescriptions each month? We can help you eliminate or significantly lower your out-of-pocket costs.

Why Participate: Save between $250-$3,000 on out-of-pocket costs on planned medical procedures.

How to Participate: Simply call us before your scheduling your procedure, and we'll help you find a participating Prompt Pay facility / provider.

Price Transparency Tool Basics


Why Participate: Lower your out-of-pocket costs by empowering yourself to take charge of your healthcare.

How to Participate: Our Price Transparency Tool is accessed via your member portal. Simply create your account and click "Find Care."
