How do I participate?
Call a Personal Health Assistant (PHA) at 844-234-4472 before any procedure to see if it qualifies. PHAs can help you get your procedure scheduled.
How do I know if my procedure is eligible?
If your procedure is not listed in the common procedures above, call one of our Personal Health Assistants (PHAs) at 844-234-4472 to see if they can still find you a discounted rate.
Should I be worried about quality?
No. We help you find the best care at the best price. There are many factors (ie. marketing, geographical convenience, etc.) that play into a provider / facility’s costs. High cost does not equate to high quality.
Do I need to pay in advance or on the day of service?
Whether or not you need to pay in advance / on the day of service depends on the procedure. Not all procedures require this. To find out if your procedure is SmartPay eligible and how to proceed with payment, call one of our Personal Health Assistants (PHAs) at 844-234-4472 before your procedure.
How can I use the MotivAdvance program to pay for my procedure?
If you are an HSA-eligible member whose SmartPay-eligible procedure requires upfront payment, and you need help with the cost, you can utilize the MotivAdvance program. MotivAdvance offers a consumer loan which MotivHealth issues to cover SmartPay-eligible procedures that require upfront payment when members are unable to pay in advance or on the day of service.
