PHA Call Process

Members who want to ensure that they are maximizing their savings should call our Personal Health Assistants (PHAs) at 855-582-4472. Our PHAs do all of the heavy lifting so that members don’t have to. Once a PHA is called, they will check to make sure that the member’s procedure is SmartPay eligible. If the procedure is SmartPay eligible and the member is not currently going to the facility with the best possible price, the PHA will notify the member of their options, letting the member choose. PHAs can answer any questions about the SmartPay program and its savings opportunities, and they can even help set up appointments at the in-network facility of the member’s choice. The best part? The entire process only takes about five minutes.

Members may not always think to call us, but if our PHAs notice that there’s an opportunity for a member to save on a procedure, they will likely call the member. We are dedicated to helping members get the highest-quality care at the best possible price.
