Coverage

We offer coverage for preventive services like cleanings and check-ups, as well as basic procedures such as fillings and extractions. We also partially cover major dental work like crowns, bridges, and root canals.

  • MotivDental has 275,000 dental offices throughout the country.
  • No network access fees.
  • MotivDental is a custom owned network, allowing us to contract with providers promptly and control fee schedules more efficiently than large nationwide networks.

Costs

Dental Insurance plans usually involve a combination of monthly premiums, deductibles, and co-payments. Premiums are the regular payments you make to maintain coverage, while deductiblesand co-payments are the amounts you pay out-of-pocket for certain services.

Steps Program Basics
